Steve Carroll LDT CEO, Mr. Steve Carroll is an accomplished Chief Executive Officer who assumed the presidency of our organization in 1993 from the founder following a very successful and distinguished career with Burroughs/Unisys and Hillenbrand Industries. Mr. Carroll is a professional trainer and has taught thousands of employees how to be the “CEO of themselves”; teaching them that they are the most important client they serve and showing them how helping themselves ultimately contributes to the success of the organization. After all, the most valuable resource a person has is oneself, and we teach them how to best utilize this most valuable resource. Since Mr. Carroll assumed the presidency of our organization, we have evolved from a traditional platform and workbook training organization to an organization that produces multifaceted solutions for our clients. Providing both CD and DVD- based training modules as well as online content, we are capable of developing customized solutions. We can also offer a variety of assessment tools that can be tailored to the unique needs of any organization regardless of size, industry or locations. Mr. Carroll has an extensive background, living and working in overseas assignments and has operated in many countries as a trainer, consultant, business advisor, and Director of Operations for a Fortune 500 Company. He got his first taste of Talent Development early on. His first job was as a tennis instructor, where he developed nationally-ranked players and even All Americans. Now thousands of salespeople and customer service personnel look to him and his content development expertise to improve their skills and value as today’s organizations attempt to gain that competitive edge as service providers. ******************************************************************************* Jim Gill- Vice President Public Sector, Saba Jim is also a Board Member of Lee DuBois Technologies (www.leedubois.com) and serves as Senior Advisor. Lee DuBois is a veteran- owned small business focused on talent development, sales management, and leadership development. Jim has more than Twenty-five years of experience in results oriented environments, thoroughly demonstrated at critical management positions in highly competitive and diverse organizations. Jim has varied experience as an Army Veteran, Executive, Entrepreneur, Director of Government Solutions for a Silicon Valley Software Company, Venture Capitalist, and as a Human Capital and Learning Consultant to major Government Agencies. Jim has led complex organizations in both the private and public sector. Jim retired from the United States Army in 2003 having served for 20 years in various operational assignments including the 193rd Infantry Brigade Panama, the 101st Air Assault Division, the 11th Armored Calvary Regiment, the 24th Infantry Division and the United States Army Recruiting Command. Jim was Director of Government Solutions for SumTotal Systems from 2003 -2008 and previously was Director of Training for the United States Army Recruiting and Retention School from 2001-2003. He is a recognized thought leader in Human Capital Management Solutions within the Public Sector. He is a contributing author to Chief Learning Officer Magazine and has been interviewed by Military Training Technology, the Denver Post, ASTD Magazine, and Federal Computer Weekly. Jim is an active angel investor and advisor to several Internet and Technology companies including Viddler and GeoPage. Jim is the co-author of the newly released book: “Don’t Sell Yourself Short...Be All That You Can Be!” Jim resides in St. Johns, Florida.
